Thank you for your interest in The Dunnellon Swap Meet.

After much planning, zoning approval, and an ongoing marketing campaign, we are ready to host a series of fall and winter dates for our swap meet sales. We have contacted vendors, engaged non-profit groups for food service, and are boosting our advertising campaign to suggest a PROFITABLE event.

The Swap Meet will be staged on the ground of FRYES TOOL RENTAL-DUNNELON. We are located one mile west on RT 488 (Dunnellon Road). Signage has also been appropriated for the sale.

Items may be old or new, crafted, farm raised, homemade, retail or wholesale goods. Specialty items sell well at these types of events. “Clubs” wishing to attend or “Show”, are encouraged to contact  Dan or Linda Frye  for more details and partnering opportunities. (ie, Classic cars, quilters, automobile parts and accessories radios, model airplanes, square dancers, wood workers).

Vendor Information for A Smooth Prosperous Day

1.Spaces are on a First Come First Serve Basis
2.Assigned Spaces / Please See Linda Frye / or check the  Vendor Map Board
3.Tents & Tables: You must provide your own tables, tents, etc. to merchandise your products.
4.We Do Not offer  access to power at booths ,but plugs for testing power items for sale to your customers are          available
5.Vendors  should  be set up by 8:00 am on Sale Day. Free parking is available.
6.Our Fee is $10.00 per space and  will be collected from each vendor at Approximately 10:00am. 
7.Non Profits must reserve  a space in advance to be considered for the NO FEE  provision (Non Profit NO Charge)
8.Vendors are allowed to park their vehicles at exhibit space.  Until otherwise notified
9.All Sales held at Frye’s Tool Rental  are considered family events. Management reserves the right to refuse sale of products that are inappropriate.
10.Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting 7% Sales Tax on all sales made during he
Sale and remitting the proper    amount to the Florida Department of Revenue.
11.Must break down and clear your space by 3:00 pm please.                                     
12.Each exhibitor’s space is 10 feet deep x  10 feet wide. All work must be kept  Inside your space. ( our first few sales allow for vehicle and trailer parking at      booth)
13.Bathrooms are located inside the main building
14.Your pets are always welcome at Frye’s Tool Rental Vendor Spaces , But must be keep on a leash
